i saw Smc online an wanted to find out information about it, so i spoke with one of the represetatives about the company an how would it best fit me to work as my own boss, obviously the represetives were more interested an makeing sales then helping me find how to work around makeing money. each one that i spoke with they were calling off an on about the plan's each one had a differennt plan and a different cost toward there plan. now i know if someone said that they could not do it an can they try some other time the person i spoke with would have close it. i got so frustrated at the time they give me just to go with there plan an how good this will be for me time an time agian with there unprofessionalism that i decided to cancel my membership they refuse to cancel my membership so i call to if i could speeck with someone that would cancel. all the talk about geting a new plan or what better a nother plan i could go for, i threatened to report them to the BBB an they didn't even know whoi have who they talk to when i said my name they claim to give other way's of paying a better plan. the people i have talk to mike an i have to talk kelly mike sent me an e-mail stated that he was not goingto give me my cancellation or my money back.
