Do you have a credit card? If so, the credit card may be issued by World Financial Network National Bank. The credit cards that I have from retail stores are mostly issued through this company, and are who I write my checks for payment to. Recently I have received updated privacy statements for a few of those credit cards. WFNNB, itself is not a rip-off company, nor is it fraudulent. Even if your credit is frozen, a WFNNB issued credit card, I believe, would still need to send you information regarding changes in their privacy policy. I would advise you to look at any of your credit cards and see who they were issued by, before returning the notice.
