World Financial Network National Bank/ Victoria Secret Victim of Identity Theft Westerville, Ohio
The company allowed a Victoria Secret card to be opened in my name with the wrong date of birth, social security number, and address. They have refused to remove my name from the account despite me sending a police reprot, fraud affidavit, and letter certified mail. They are non cooperative , refusing to send a copy of the orginal application , etc. They have acknowledged my social is incorrect, but are completely unhelpful. I plan to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Keith in the Fraud department is belligrent.
