You know we understand that there are alot of moving companies out there that like to rip people off and scam them. This is a total shame that they would do this and here at World Moving Resource Corp we do not condone this kind of business. We are an honest company trying to earn an honest dollar and it is a shame that the minute there is a small problem or inconvenience or even nothing at all the first thing a customer wants to yell is SCAM. We know that people read all the horror stories about moving but believe me its not always the moving companies fault. Its only human nature to tell one sided stories that put all the blame on someone else so people can have pity on us, but we will not do this. We have turned down more jobs because of low ball quotes customers were getting from other companies and we did not want to drop to their level just to gain business. We understand that customers would like to have everything done like yesterday but unfortunately we cannot control every situation. This customers whole complaint is about 2 damaged items and the fact that we couldnt deliver her for 20 days instead of 3 days( we give an estimated time for delivery to the customer and in our paperwork they sign it clearly states that the time frame is estimated and that by law we have up to 30 days to make delivery). Now ask yourself honestly does that sound like a scam to you ??? I know it definately doesnt sound like a scam to me. Now if a customer does not fully read their paperwork before they sign it we can not be held responsible. Dont get me wrong we do apologize about the inconvenience and prefer that nothing gets damaged, but this is why the haulers carry insurance in case there are. We are a hard working honest company that is willing to do the best job we possibly can. As much as we would like to keep every customer happy and complaint free we are only human and a customer will always find something to complain about no matter how good of a job you do. As far as this customer is concerned we gave her the proper information to file a claim with the hauler for her damages. If there is anything further we can do for her all she has to do is give us a call.
