 I placed an order for $64.89 with World Wide Goumet Foods on August 6, 2012.  I received an email from Jack Praino, President & CEO on Aug 6 thanking me for my order.  On Aug 21, I sent a follow up because I had not received the email providing me with a tracking number and a  link to the UPS site so I could track the progress of my order.  I received an email from John Dwyer on Sep 4, telling me that my order was shipped via USPS Parcel Post and that they do not have tracking numbers for Parcel Post Service.  Further that Parcel Post to APO/FPO usually takes between 3 and 6 weeks.  I also called the company several times during this timeframe.  I received the following message from John Dwyer, the Senior Customer Service Manager on Sep 24, 2012:  Subject:  AMORDER #:  444872502

Hello Annie,

As your order has yet to arrive and it has been over 6 weeks, we'd be happy to issue you a refund.  However we do not keep credit cards on file, so we would need a copy of your credit card number in order to refund it.  I'm sorry for hte inconvenience.  I know personally that it can take a while for packages to arrive at APO's as I have sent a few care packages to friends of mine in the Green Zone in Baghdad.  I remember one time it took 3 months for a package I sent to get there!
