Well where do I start! Let me first say if anyone has any advice to what I write please respond and let me know what to do.

I joined Worldcom in Nov.00 tried getting deposit back in Jan.02 called them Customer service told me they had no record of me paying deposit. Then of course I fax and fax and call and call but nothing. I then cancelled service June 02. Was after them still to refund deposit. I owed them my last bill of $115.00 which they kept billing me for and I kept calling them. I told them at the last message until someone would like to talk to me about this deposit I am not paying you any money! They told me they would take out what I owe them and refund me the rest was the last thing they told me.

Now Oct. 03 collection agency is calling me trying to get the money I owe them. I have told them no one is getting a dime from me. So what my credit gets a point against me because of this. I dont think that is fair. But what do I do? I am lost on where to go with this. I dont want my credit messed up because of this company. Anyone help there have any advice for all these customers. I have been talking MCI from Jan. 02 til Oct. 02 now a year later you cant talk to anyone and they are trying to get more money out of me. Well this fool (that they think I am) is not giving that company anymore money!
