WORLDCOM WIRELESS is a ripoff scam. NEW YORK, NY
Four years ago I bought my first cell phone. I went with MCI well that was THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. First off I never was able to use my phone without it hanging up on me or without phone calls able to go through.
When you called the company they would place you on hold for at least 45 minutes to an hour. Whenever you did get through and there was a problem where you complained to them there favorite line was their computer was down. They would sometimes give you a Long Island number to call well that was a joek noone ever returned your call or there was no answer.
Finally I started recieving bills 3,4,5 months late and I would be billed for a couple of hundred dollars at a time. Now recently four years later they sent my name to a collection agency saying I owe them 175.00 dollars. Well I said noone in hell are they getting another dime from me.
Im going to take them to small claims court and I wish others would do the same. They are NO GOOD and they should never be able to have peoples business again. I have spent so much money paying them off to just get them out of my life and they just keep coming back. Its like a nightmare. I now have AT&T and I am so happy. I never had to experience such a nightmare again. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS..
