World com ripped me off.....

I was trying to cancel my account for over 8mo. and could never get ahold of anyone at there customer service 800# for 8mo. straight I would be put on hold for over 2hrs everytime I had 3people trying to reach them at any given day and only my husband got ahold of a rep after 1 1/2 hrs of being on hold only to be told to call another # which no one picked up.

I also went to the worldcom kiosk at my local mall where they sold the plans and phones to be told that they do not have anything to do with it just so they could keep sending me a monthly bill for services I wanted to cancel.

I never paid for services and when collections called this was explained to them they only offered to defer the last mo. and I still refused to pay. thank god they went bankrupt. who knows what my bill would be by now.
