Vehicle purchased and multiple transport attempts refused. Extremely poor customer service and questionable business practices. Purchased 2011 Jeep Cherokee (Stock # 656563) through sales rep, Gary G. at World Wide on 08/14/13. Deposit Paid for vehicle same day for $1000. Wired the balance of $11.4K on 08/15/13. Arranged for transport of vehicle from WW in Utah with Broker (Bob from Leap Transport). Pickup scheduled for 08/19/13 8am. 08/19/13 8am - Transport refused by WW. Claim was that wire transfer was not posted until noon on 08/19/13. 08/21/13 - Second transport scheduled for 08/22/13. Broker contacted WW to give advanced notice. 08/22/13 - Second transport refused by WW. Reason given to driver was understaffed and unable to pull car for driver. Driver offered to wait or return later that day and was refused. 08/22/13 - I contacted WW to understand why transport was refused a second time and spoke to manager (Nancy). Nancy committed to call me back by end of day and no call occurred. I contacted Nancy 10 mins before close and was informed that the true reason for the refusal of transport was due to the misplaced vehicle keys. Nancy was unable to give me any kind of eta on replacement keys. I requested she deliver the vehicle without keys and forward them once the copy is obtained. She indicated that this is not possible. I requested a cancellation of purchase and reimbursement for all costs. Again I was refused and was very concerned by the customer service from Nancy. She again promised to call back by Monday. Again she failed to call as promised. 08/27/13 - I called and spoke to Nancy and again she was very short with me. She again promised to call back by end of day with status and never did so. 8/28/13 i called and nancy stated the had now stolen the navigation unit out of car and that it was no longer drivable eventhough in my papers it states LOT DRIVES. i asked for a refund eventhough i never received the vehicle and she couldnt help with that either all they did was give me an email address of were to contact the corporate office.i am very dissapointed and hope they give me a full refunnd.please look at reviews before you even think about buying a vehicle from them.i would not recommend there bussiness to anyone.
