As the Manger of this office in Tampa I have diligently tried to find a complaint from Ann in Winter Haven. We log our calls and our call backs for this specific reason and have no record of her complaint. With that in mind I do want to respond to the complaint as it is invalid. I have been with Worldwide Destination Services since its inception and I routinely receive calls from owners who have booked a cruise with us and found it cheaper on line. EVERY time this has happened I have gone on line with the customer only to find out that the price they received on line was for a different sailing date, a different ship, a different cruise line or, most common of all, a different level of cabin, of which there are many. Having said that, I will also say that although we routinely save our owners a nice percentage on their cruise bookings, we are not perfect and there really is not a lot of money to be saved in cruising as it is a very cost effective and inexpensive way to vacation. Our owners receive their greatest savings and value in our Luxury Resort Program. There they can saves thousands on each and every vacation, and stay in beautiful places. Our Money Back Guarantee states, Stay 1 week in one of our Luxury Resorts over the next 12 months, and if you do not feel that you received a good value, write us a letter explaining why and we will refund your purchase price.
