Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I was looking to partner with a Wholesale Company to establish a Website presence on the Internet and to sell products.  The WorldWide Merchandise sales literature made all kind of promises and I decided to contract with them.  I soon (after I spent several hundred dollars) had to find out that the Website provided was a cookie cutter design with little choice for personal preference modification and a limited (750 out of an advertised 3000) amount of product listings (hundreds of dollars more had to be paid to add additional products).  It took the company nearly two months to make the Website operative (which means I lost all the Christmas Holiday business) and once it was up and running communications with the company representative went to absolutely ZERO!

Based on our contract, the Website was to be listed on a host of Search Engines, however, I suspect that this was never done.  I hired an Internet Marketing company to evaluate the Website and was told that the Website content was written in an outdated computer language that was no longer recognized by Search Engines!

In addition, WorldWide Merchandise partners with WoodForest Bank for the Merchant Account.  WoodForest Bank, thus far, has 72 Rippoff complaints listed and has fraudulently charged $495.00 to my Checking Account (with another Bank).

After a year and nearly $2,000.00 in expenses I notified WorldWide Merchandise that I am cancelling the account and closing the Website, yet they are still (fraudulently) charging my account with a monthly Website fee.

I have also filed a complaint with the Trenton, NJ Better Business Bureau and they are investigating.

MY ADVICE:  STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE BAD NEWS!
