This is the second scam of this type that I received in the mail this week. A letter saying that I won some money but they need a confirmation of my idenity and it will cost me $20. It also says "Winner's Notice" on the front.
But on the back of the letter says: "...You have not won any money or prize.... This communication is not a sweepstakes or award notification".
I just hope other people who get this will read it before they bite because this is definitely a SCAM, Big Time!
