We never signed a contract with this company, yet they took $678.23 of our money and refuse to give it back.  We repeatedly tried to get answers to our questions in writing, but they waited and waited until right before they closed on Saturday, February 26, 2011 at 12:36pm before responding.  They were supposed to be the ones moving us on Monday, February 28, 2011.  This left us no time to speak to them on the phone about the move.  They also claim to be a moving company, but actually contract an actual moving company to get your stuff and deliver it.  They just set it up, but did not tell us that.  The mover called on the way and wanted to pick it up a different day - that is how we found out they weren't the actual moving company - even though we asked on more than one occasion.  We were deceived and outright lied to from everyone at this company.  Please do not ever use them.  It has been so bad that we vow to only move ourselves after this experience.  Sorry to all the legitimate ones - we just can't trust anyone else to move us again.

I used the same company on a move from Columbus Ohio to Virginia Beach and they pulled the same tactics. They stated that they would deliver my items on Friday March 18th and I ended up with my items the following Monday. 

The Owner Miss Emily Grubbs states that there is a two day window for them to pick up your items in a contract that you have mysteriously signed but the company cannot produce. I have gone through my bank to start a dispute process since they can't produce the contract, they are unable/unwilling to answer phone calls or emails and they have refused any information on an attorney of record. Try it and it may work for getting your money back.
