Contracted with WorldWide Moving services www.worldwidemovingservices.com they subcontracted me to World Wide Transfer owner and  operators Rebecca and Jeffrey Weems. Made first payment of $710.22 of February 17th 2011. I advised before signing the contract that worldwide moving services had the date wrong it was for 03/16/2011 not 02/15/2011 Mya informed me she would take care of this problem.

March 16, 2011 I received a text message from one move driver stating they were in Buffalo New York and would not make it until Thursday or Friday. I proceeded to contact WorldWide Moving Services Via Email.  I received an email from Emily Grubb the owner WorldWide Moving services they stated I had a mover in my area he would be there between 1 - 3. Needless to say the moving company they contracted was World Wide Transfer and the driver Elton was flown in from Houston Texas that day. As in caught and early morning flight and did not show up at my home until close to 6 pm. He was accompanied by three other gentleman that were called 30 minutes to their arrival at my home to help move a household. When I had contracted with WorldWide Moving Services I was advised they disassembled and reassembled all furniture. One of my friends who was at my home at the time ended up disassembling my furniture because as per Elton there were no "Tools" on the truck. Luckily I did not pack one of my tool boxes it was going down to Virginia Beach in my own personal Vehicle. There was no protective wrapping put on the furniture they were not overly careful with my items. The people they hired to help with the move were very polite as was Elton. Over the course of this move out process MRS. Rebecca Weems (Dispatcher) called me and asked if I would speak with her husband Mr. Jeffrey Weems (Owner) I advised I would and she conferenced him in. With the phone conversation Mr. Weems asked if I would be willing to do a delivery on March 18, 2011 @ 1900 because they needed the truck for another move. I advised this would be tight but I could make it there and tie up my loose ends on Thursday. I again spoke with Mr. Weems on 03/16/2011 when the truck was weighed and I was to pay for a partial amount. I gave the driver a $700 check spoke with Mr. Weems who again advised my items would be delivered on Friday @ 1900. I headed back to the East Side of Columbus Ohio and My items with the Driver in an Enterprise truck headed to MISSOURI .... (Close to where my husband is stationed on Fort Riley Army Base!!!!!!

I left Ohio Friday morning at 0700 with 4 children in my truck under the impression my items would arrive that evening. I tried to text the driver Elton to see if he was going to be at the designated address at the designated time to no avail. I tried to call Rebecca to see if the delivery was going to be made to no avail. I called WorldWide Services and spoke with Lauren who called Rebecca who said she would call me immediately. To date she has not called me but she did text my cellular phone 03/19/2011 to state my items would be delivered on 03/20/2011. Mr. Weems then called me irate I threatened to file a Missing/stolen items report if my items were not delivered to my home. He advised he would keep my items for 30 days and as per Washington DC and USDOT he could do so. So far I have filed with the Better Business Bureau, Ripoff report and the USDOT. In checking with the USDOT website he can't charge over 10% of the BINDING CONTRACT given to me by WorldWide Moving Services.

I am currently waiting on my items to be delivered to my home, my son who has auspbergers autism and allergies has had two almost uncontrollable asthma attacks. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY he tried to strong arm tactics on a woman with four small children and a husband in the military thinking he could take me for a ride.
