March 20, 2021 I purchased two tickets (I asked for a round trip but they made a mistake) and so I ended up having to seperate tickets to and from Paris from Miami and back.
On the way over March 22 when I arrived at the airport because the consulate didn't have all the paperwork they wouldnt let me on the plane. I called Braxton who sold me the tickets from Air France to tell him I needed to rebook the flight. I had asked Air France to cancel my flight since I couldn't get on it. They said the adgency that booked would have to do that but they didn't.
I had to buy another ticket that week a few days later after the consulate issued the correct letter. I then had to come back for my father-in-laws death and asked that they cancel my return and I again had to buy another return ticket. They have not refunded anything. This is wrong and no one should be able to do business like this ripping people off.
