Wowm BTREE LIMITED When it shipped it is out of our control! other England / Buckinghamshire
The company runs some shady business with some P.O. Box address in U.K. and a little shipping clerk in China. Their phony website says they'd deliver registered orders to USA within 9-15 days and if you do not receive your item on time, you should contact them immediately for further assistance. I placed my order on October 28, 2017 with a promise of getting a trucking number. Then it was just a silence. On November 9, 2017 I requested an update on my order. Here is what I received from Judy at [email protected]: "Hi,your order have shipped,the shipment need about 2-3 weeks Please wait patient Thank you!" And then silence again. On November 29, 2017 I requested an update stating that if the company cant't handle my order I want my money back. Here is a response from Judy: "Hi,we are so sorry for the delay since the items are in great need now. Your order is in transit,it will coming soon." So, I went on their website and demanded a trucking number or my money back and here we go again from the same Judy: "Hi,we are so sorry for the delay When it shipped it is out of our control The tracking number: LS093962905CN Please track at here: tools.usps.com
Thank you!" So as of December 3, 2017 here what I can see if I go to tracking my order:

So since then Judy ignores me I guess because I requested again my money back or an exact delivery time. Nothing. Total ripoff. After over 5 weeks of a wait I don't want this item anymore because in a meantime I was forced to buy it somewhere else. Not a big deal but what bothers me is a lack of accountability because those people are hiding in China. UNLESS YOU REALLY HAVE TO DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FORM THOSE PEOPLE!
