You should read all I have typed because it goes into detail. but if your in a rush you can read the conclusion part.

Well,I bought gold from a website called wowmine.com and made the mistake of not looking here on ripoff report first before i placed the order. Let me just say to anyone that is considering buying gold from them DON'T. I bought 50 gold from them and it cost me only $3.62. I thought a great deal because it was cheaper then another website i checked, but boy was i wrong. I know it is not a lot of money, but it is more of a matter of principle then the money and thats why I'm posting this.

So on there web page they say that it will take 5 mins guarantee to deliver but of course they have the infamous asterisk, which means that it isn't real. I was aware of it and knew that it would take a couple of hours to deliver because i looked at the ETA time chart below.

So i figured it would take me 1-12 hours because it was a low order, 50 gold. I wait a couple of hours and nothing so i go to sleep. I wake and it been 12 hours since i placed the order. I check my email and it tells me that the gold has been delivered. then there is this at the bottom of the email

I think that it was designed for people to just click it naturally because i was about to click it, but i checked my character just a couple mins ago and nothing, so luckily i used my brain and didn't click. I check my character again and still no gold. I contacted a customers service rep and they told me to wait 24 hours.

Ok so i wait the 24 hours check my character and no gold. i contact the customers service rep and they tell me to wait 24 hours again. I then tell them that that is what they told me to do 24 hours ago. Then they give me this long automated message about blizzard and its patches and to wait 24 hours. I ask them what happens if i don't receive the gold they tell me then we will work out a solution. I told them that i had a solution and it was that i would like a refund now.

They then tell me that i have to wait 24 hours before they can give me a refund and i told them it had been 24 hours since the first time they had told me to wait 24 hours . They then try to make me wait longer but luckily i told them i wouldn't and wanted the refund so after some typing i finally was told that i would get a refund. This is completely opposite then from what they have posted on there website.
