WOWWDEUS Jody's Secret, Woww Fashion I purchased 2 sports bras in June. After the standard 4-6 weeks, I tried reaching out to them for status with no success. Now I can't even track my items since it goes to a website no longer valid. Buriram Internet
I would like to report that Woww Fashion/Jody's Secret/Wowwdeus has not followed through on their commitment to deliver my items purchased on June 12th. I received confirmation that my items were shipped and that is the last I heard from them. I purchased 2 sports bras that have not been delivered. I am now also reporting this to my credit card company as a dispute and to open investigation.
I have attempted many times to reach out to them for an update or a refund but have not been able to reach them or have not received a response. When I went to track my item, it takes me to their webpage that states "store currently unavailable".
I have also reported them to Shopify.com since they were listed as one of their stores.
