FIRST 1.00 was taken

Then 5.95 was taken

I called and they refunded the 6.95

I had just opened my existing bank account and when they took the money it put my account into negative -31.25

THEY REFUSED to pay the 31.25 they said its not there responsibility!!!

I WANT MY MONEY BACK A.S.A.P !!

We were able to locate the account referenced by Ayanna in her complaint. As Ayanna mentions, she called our Customer Care Department and spoke to a representative about the charges that we billed to her. We appreciate her contacting us directly to resolve this matter. When Ayanna called, we refunded the $6.95 that was billed to her. The iFriends account was created by someone who had complete knowledge of Ayanna's personal information, including the credit card number, billing address, and email address. This person created a VIP membership, which resulted in Ayanna being charged a total of $6.95. As mentioned above, we have refunded those charges. Unfortunately, since we did not assess the overdraft charges, we are unable to refund them. We strongly suggest that Ayanna speak to her bank about the overdraft charges. Because the bank chose to assess the fees, the bank is the only entity that can refund those fees to her. If Ayanna has any further questions, she can contact us at 1-800-243-9726. Our Customer Care Department is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
