Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Have you heard, "You never lose a penny playing poker, guaranteed", by Mike Sexton? Well, it not nothing short of dishonest and disgraceful statement by a man who uses his celebrity position to conspire ripping members off. If you want to join a class action just leave your information and I make sure they get to the right hands. The WPT is actually owned by Chinese investors. Just like everyone else who bring their ideas to this country to rip citizens off, operates under several different entities, the most important is WPT Enterprises, Inc., You and I know them as "WPT" who promises that its members can win big, as long as they are paid referred to as VIP. Have you noticed why after you lose a tournament, you are not given opportunity to sit and view the game? It is simple, so you don't know who actually wins the tournament. WPT has created fake member IDs, most of whom reach to the end winning the opportunity to go to the final stage to appear on TV where the big money is. Have you noticed most of the players on WPT that appear on TV are repeated players. Poker is 20% skill, and 80% luck, most of these professionals have a lot of luck, you and I don't have, that's the reason we don't get to go to TV. Like Mike Sexton who appeared on the final tournament twice, winning big. Did he go through the same competitions you and I go through? Well, anyhow, it is simple, they just want our money, and they say and do anything to get it, that's that simple! My attorney wrote them a letter and I intend to file a class action to teach them a lesson and to change many of their rules. For your information, I am charging them with violations of California Business and Professional Code §§17200-17500 for false and misleading advertisement; for fraudulent business practices by creating fake and fictitious user names in order to gain advantage over other members; for conspiracy to commit fraud and concealment for failing to reveal the identity of the winners, where they can pick and choose anyone they want as final winners; for using members’ tournament points without their consents and approvals; for permitting minors to participate in online gambling site; and for several other law violations.
