Signed up for trial. wasn't even full trial period and a charge for the $19.95 appeared. assumed to be the ClubWPT and let it be. Now today another charge for $19.95 plus an "atm fee" of .16 which per my bank is actually the canada CCP Games and the "atm fee" is the foreigh exchange rate fee. hmmm ok well there was already the $19.95 charge on the 12th.

In checking on that we find its called The Club aka Centarus Games by the phone number given by my bank of 702-227-1749 which when googled comes up under yellowpages.com as Ultimate Blackjack Tour with the Las Vegas address I noted above. My partner said he never played blackjack, nor went to any blackjack rooms on the game and that the one fee of $19.95 was suppose to grant him member access to the tournaments and get points/chips and perks with it and there was not suppose to be any other charges period. great.

my blood pressure rising more as I am now feeling the beginning anger of being taken by their scamminess. This business is listed there under tour operators & promoters. more like promotors of scammis. it also noted it as the "asian district" of this company whatever that is suppose to mean.

He had also actually cancelled the membership on the 16th of this month so now begins more legwork, and probably will have to cancel my account with my bank and cancel the card and of course in the morning i will be disputing the charges - and placing the alert on file and hopefully nothing else will get through.

You should just cut your losses and get out of the whole thing.

IN THE PAST,GAMBLING ODDS ARE ALWAYS STACKED IN FAVOR OF THE HOUSE.SO YOU THINK ONLINE GAMBLING IS GOINGTO BE FAIR.

ANYBODY THAT IS THINKING THEY ARE GOING TO GET A FAIR GAME ON AN ONLINE GAMBLING GAME MIGHT AS WELL TAKE ALL OF THEIR MONEY AND SEND IT TO THE GUY WHO IS OPERATING THIS SCAM. EVEN BEFORE COMPUTER GAMBLING, IN THE CASINOS, TRADITIONAL GAMBLING WAS STRUCTURED SO THE ODDS WERE IN FAVOR OF THE HOUSE AND PEOPLE WHO SUCCEEDED IN BEATING THESE ODDS ARE USUALLY BANNED FROM PLAYING IN ANY CASINO ( WORD TRAVELS FAST). I DO NOT LIKE GAMBLING BECAUSE I CAN'T AFFORD TO LOSE. AND I DON'T THINK MOST PEOPLE CAN AFFORD TO LOSE EITHER. SOMETHING FOR NOTHING IS A POWERFUL LURE. You just might put a silver dollar or a quarter in that slot machine and win a million dollars --not many people do which is why the casino makes such a big deal out of it when somebody does. Now you have a tout, a shill to whom the casinos can point to when they urge you to play their games " THIS PERSON WON THE MILLION DOLLARS!" Gambling is stupid. It is a waste of time designed to make other people rich. the people that write the gambling programs for the online "games" ( cons) --DO YOU REALLY THING THEY ARE GOING TO GIVE A SUCKER AN EVEN BREAK? And what is even worse, the EGO or PRIDE, will not let a person just walk away when they have lost their stash of coins in the slot or on the roulette wheel or whatever it was where they played the game of chance. They end putting down every resource they can to try to regain what they so stupidly lost and bust out. OR they might regain a portion of the money they gambled away back...maybe they get all of it back with a few pennies extra. This would be a good lesson to me NEVER to try this again but some people keep pouring every dime they have into gambling thinking they will make it all back, make that big score.... (A lot of Wall Street and Financial Institution types have that mentality too and they have their fraternity brothers and friends from the elite universities and prep schools they attended to bail them out with taxpayer dollars...the stone, down gamblers are not that fortunate... One of the lures of gambling is that it has always been considered a gentleman's game, a WEALTHY GENTLEMAN'S GAME where one of the moneyed elites can gamble all night and never touch a fraction of his family's wealth). This is another bad habit that the other classes and castes of folks picked up from their "social betters" thinking that they too can gamble their way into the upper classes, not realizing that only rich people with the majority of their wealth safe from the cardsharks in "spendthrift trusts" can afford to gamble away some of the interest. ONLINE GAMBLING LACKS THE ACTUAL ABILITY TO SEE WHAT IS GOING ON THAT YOU GET IN A LIVE GAME OR IN A CASINO. YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON ON THE OTHER SIDE WHEN YOU THINK YOU ARE PLAYING ONLINE. AND THERE IS NOTHING TO KEEP THEM FROM RIPPING YOU OFF AND THEN OPENING ANOTHER SITE TO RIP OFF MORE VICTIMS.
