I purchased a product from this company.They were the best company to deal with, until they got paid. After that, i was just not important anymore. Shipping was extremely late, I was given story after story, or my calls were simply ignored. When I finally recieved my order, it was poorly packaged and the product was damaged. We had to weld repair one of the linear guides. They offered to repair. It for us, but we had to pay for the shipping ourselves, to and from. Which would have been over $100. After we repaird unit we got it all put together and realized that parts were missing. We called and got Chris on the phone. He was very short with me, still upset about the previous issue. We had to gather the needed parts ourselves. Now finally, after nearly 3 months of orderin we powered up for the first time. Everything worked okay, but all of the software was unlicensed and pirated. Instead of calling the unhelpful folks at Wright CNC we bought the licenses ourselves. Over $400.So instead of continuing to deal with the company any further, we sold our unit and went with a local company.

We apologize if we upset you but we tried to help with the situation as much as possible, this situation was early on for us and we were still establishing our front office and tech support, were a small family owned business that has been growing fast and unfortunately at the time when this customer purchased we did not have the staff in place to offer full time tech support, our machines are great for entry level to small business owners who want to save on a machine by setting it up themselves and or modifying it to suite their needs. We have made alot of improvements since then and have continued to grow and make many of our processes and support systems much easier to access and use. We have many positive reviews online and on our social medias as well. We will take this criticism seriously and move forward offering the best product and service we can.
