On March 3, I received this rebuttal to my original complaint of February 29th, which stated that "We have already refunded your money back to your account for the tea" as well as "Also, we are calling Living Lean on your behalf and you'll certainly receive the money back in your account within 5-7 business days" I certainly don't mind paying for the shipping of my "free" sample, as that was the deal. HOwever, as of this morning my online credit card statement shows that I have been charged for a months supply of the tea (the sample was supposed to be for 14 days), and since I never received an email copy of the Terms and Conditions, nor did I receive an email confirmation that my order had been placed, I believe I entered into an invalid contract, which is therefore null and void. I have also emailed Tarot, the website that is the affiliate publisher for this product and registered a complaint which has been forwarded to their advertising department. I really just want my money back, as I feel that this is probably one of the most unethical businesses that I have had the misfortune of getting involved with. I am emailng Wu-yi at teahelp.com to advise them that I am furthering my complaint with both this website and with my credit card company.
