WU-YI SOURCE. This company is a major scam. I am sorry if you have gone through this just like the others here and I caution and applaud you if you are reading before.

This company seemed like a great deal at the beginning. I love tea and thought why not loose some weight doing it in the process. They had celeberties that I trusted on the site and made it sound more appealing. But they were no different than any other company.

I purchased the tea on 10/27/08. I was charged with the 4.95 to cover the shipping for my FREE trial. After receiving the product I was majorly disappointed and contacted the company to return the product for a refund. When I contacted them I had recently looked at my bank account and noticed a $59.95 deduction for this company. I stated this to them and was told that it was in the terms and conditions that I had agreed to from the beginning. 11.3.08, and 12.2.08 I was charged with a 4.95 'WEB ACCESS' charge to a company I knew nothing about. I called the company and received nothing but a recording. The second charge was for 9.95 on 12.2.08 and when I called the number I actually received a voice. They said they had cancelled my 'MEMBERSHIP' and would receive no more additional charges.

I sent back the tea and am currently waiting for my refund. I realize that I caught this early compared to some but am still a victim to this scam. I should have knew to LOOK UP the site information and would have saved myself this trouble. But I didn't.

Here is an excerpt from my conversation with a assistant regarding my refund:

kimberly: will i receive my refund

Olivia: Definitely, you will be refunded the $59.95 charge fully.

kimberly: and no more charges will be debted to my account

kimberly: so how long will my refund take??

Olivia: Yes, you will not be charged any further.

Olivia: You can have a chat with us at anytime for further assistance. Its a matter of days for the whole matter to get resolved.

kimberly: ok i will be in contact to make sure that this refund goes all the way through

Olivia: Ok

Olivia: Is there anything else I can help you with?

kimberly: no that will be all

Olivia: Thank you very much for chatting with us today. We hope the rest of your day is an excellent one.

Keep asking them about your money refund to make sure THEY understand you mean it.

Isn't it funny how thye will be nice and "oh have a nice day???" gee
