Oh I did talk to them on -line many times---at 1st they were very very nice ! till I told them I didn't have any left-- and it dd not work ! I had to dig in the garbage for a used tea bag to send back !as long as you ask the question they know the answers too it is find! But wait till you ask !THat they are not allowed to answer? They disconnect! They hope you give up! It took months. But I was going all the way. Good Luck I had my dr. check it out and he said it was a tea bag! If you beleave tea can help you lose ,buy Lipton it's cheaper! Well I hoped anyway and nothng! Tea goes faster thur you than coffee! Happy to report I was sent a check for $37.00 dollar.Which I am hoping will clear. It has been a very long process,and it was a personal check. Not a business check. Glad he decided to the right thing finally. So I am crossing my fingers.

This so called company, is probably some guy running it from a basement. I too have been taken and received no refund! This guy Mark or who ever he is, is just blowing smoke, pass the word around to everyone you know about this web site. I have an attorney working on this now, also have filed a complaint with the credit card company as well the Attorney General's office. I sent for refund,and did everything they asked. I got a notice from the post Office that they got it,and they had to sign for it. So Now I am waiting to see if I will get my refund? Will report when and if I do ?

I'm still awaiting a Return Authorization number from the company. I have the ADDRESS : wu-yi Source; 2711 E Craig rd. Suite K, North Las Vegas, NV 89030. I'm hesitatnt to mail back without a return authorization number because their was no receipt in the box, just directions and an advertisment for the before & after photo contest. I have filed a complaint with the FTC, and the Nevada Attorney General. I'm still sending emails to attempt a return authorization number. I'm contemplating a complaint with the US Postal Service also. I have learned a valuble lesson to investigate companies BEFORE I do business with them. Victim in PA

They send me this address,finally which says: Please return all remaining product, used or unused to: ( which I did use,none left,but found last i=one I used in Trash pale.) Wu-Yi Source 2711 East Craig Rd. North LAs Vegas, NV 89030 I did as they said to do,sent empty box and a used tea bag, as I was advised to do by my lawyer.They said they send out refunds only every two weeks. Send out on Aug.17, I will track the mail and see what happens next / will inform me of any news as I know it. Please do the same Thank You! I may need to go to the Goverment too !
