Thought this was a good idea so I ordered the tea back in Feb. 08. Once it arrived I found that it was a very (Poor) blend. The taste was very, very bland to the point of being bitter. I went to the website and could only find a website site email to cancel my order. I sent this email out to CANCEL and was sent another box late in March with another debit. Tried to CANCEL again thinking maybe I didn't send the email. In April the same thing happened again, but this time I tried to send the box back to them. The return address on their box does not exist. I then did a full search on this company which took some time. The physical address to send items back is: wu-yi source unit 400 5300 Ontario Mills Parkway Ontario, CA 91764 The phone number to call is 1-866-449-5567 **Choose Option 1**

1) Write everything down, the name of the person you are talking to, time & Date.

2) Give them your order number & confirm your name. Then immediately request to talk with a Supervisor.

3) Write her/his name down along with the time. Tell her that you have tried to CANCEL and that you are now requesting a return authorization number.

*****After all of that take the package to a place where you can UPS the package. Make sure that you can track this package (Ask to make sure). Wait until you confirm that they have the package by going to ups.com website and put in the tracking number. When the package is signed for, make sure you print out the screen that confirms this.***** Call back the 1-866-449-5567 number and choose option 1 again. Demand that your money be refunded, ***Don't ask*** Demand! At the end of all of this if you do get your money back- keep an eye on your bank account, they have billed many, many, many people again.

The best thing to do is to contact your bank and ask that your debit card number be changed, if that is what you used, and that this company(source) be placed on a watch alert. That no transactions will be allowed from anything called: Wu or Wu-Yi or Wu-Yi tea (source). The very last transaction will be refunded by the bank if you notify them in person within 5 days of the transaction. Take all of your records and make copies - Call (your) Attorney General and tell them you want to file a complaint and that you have the records to back up this complaint. Having proof will help. They may not file any lawsuit(s) but this will put the company on watch.

My Fiance suggests that before you buy anything on the internet, do this very simple task fist. Type in the company/complaints and do a Google search. Example Wu Yi Tea ripoffs then hit enter. You will be amazed at the wealth of information that one can get by doing this simple task.

Good luck - Remember to keep an eye on your bank account until you get your card number changed. Website www.wu-yisource.com/
