Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

This company offers for you to try their game for free. However it is very limited in the free version and its actually fun but you want to experience the rest. You will notice that most of the premium players are staff. Now when you go ok I wanna go for it and sign up for the premium service and pay your money, boom banned. Right off the bat, they will not respond to you, you make an alt and try to contact them they ban that account too rather than respond. They will not respond to forum messages, emails, or their irc chat. They just steal your money and laugh to the bank. Do not play this game, do not pay them any money. This company is from Sweden I guess it is ok to get away with fraud there.

He's right.  They do take your money right after you pay and ban you.  just like that.

I bought the game, and got a warning, from something 4 days before, after about an hour and a half to three hours, later.  Not only did I get a warning, I got a threat that I was wasting their time, and I was unsure of what I was being warned on.

This all lead to me, getting death threats in game.  That got me banned, when I made a support ticket cause the moderator who decided to give me warnings for personal attacks when I told this player who done this, 40 seconds later, f- you to him.  and 12 seconds after this, he goes, no thanks, I'm not gay.  another 10 seconds later, a moderator is threating me, while I'm responding to someone giving me death threats and talking gay, that no more responding to him thats a personal attack, this is a warning. SO i message this moderator and said hey I got death threats.  what i done isnt nothing.  he said your real life doesnt concern me.

My support ticket, they wouldnt say nothing about what they said.  I told them i would take it to the maker of the game.  They banned me then.

They removed me from the game after this.  I emailed rolf, but he never responded to me.  He never answered any of my questions.  And said nothing about the death threats or the warnings I got.  There are two forum posts, in the moderator section where noone can reply on their forum, about me.  There all lies and they don't want this to be discussed in public is why they done that.  Noone can reply their and also they banned me from the forum, and they gave me a warning and wanted me to agree I had broke rules. They only wanted some compensation for their corrupt actings, they had done.  I told them I wouldn't.  I asked other forum members who's posts, saying the same thing if they got warnings.  They said no.

I have never once seen them ban a free player.

I was a paying player with a good size deed, spending over $140USD in barely over a month. I was enjoying the game however the staff is very useless. They will allow free players to make alternate accounts, join your village, and herass/grief you and steal all of your things and tell you they will not help you.

However if you say ANYTHING at all about the staff, they immediately hit me with a 30 day ban, that eats up all of my premium time and allows many valuable items to decay to nothing.

This is a game where they ALLOW the sell of characters and in game currency, this means that the in game currency has a cash value. So banning a paying player without even speaking to them, without giving them a warning, or any kind of anything is just plain theft.

I would also advise people to stay away from paying for this game.

Since the time of the report the user has been unbanned. He was asked to stop complaining and has since promiced to behave him self. This report is null and void, now that his original banning complaint is gone, but also there are always huge case files for users before they are banned, and speaking back directly to moderators in game,

[19:22:23] Next time please ask in freedom chat, CA help is for game mechanics questions only.

[19:23:27] wow i mean seriously redacted you really gotta chill out or take a break. I am being honest and you can rail me all you want but you have a powertrip issue.

(blue)[00:15:41] redacted I am sorry you feel that way, but I can assure you that oak sprouts do exist, they are just rare.

[00:16:03] i can assure you that your game devs are f **ked in the head just like you are

[00:17:23] mutewarns redacted (dodging chat filter, and staff bashing, [00:16:03] i can assure you that your game devs are f **ked in the head just like you are )

[00:18:01] I will staff bash even more, CA's are just players that know about half as much about the game as most other players but have a fancy blue name

(orange)[00:18:24] no more chatter in CA help redacted.

[00:19:01] mutes redacted for 4 hours. Reason: [00:18:37] Shut the f **k up Jredacted

I have played Wurm twice now. In 2010 for a period of 6 months, when I stopped for real life reasons, and again from February 2013. I have 2 premium (ie paid for) characters, neither of which have ever been banned. The company will only ban in cases of macro-abuse (instant ban once confirmed use of 3rd party tools and/or programs), repeated chat-abuse over a period of time, direct repeated personal attacks against another player, abuse of support tickets (eg constantly filing a ticket because you didn't like the weather or other trivial things) etc. They have a full list of what they will ban for and those listed here are just some of them BUT adding premium time to a character is NOT one of them.

Your statement 'most of the premium players are staff' is not true in the slightest. Roughly 1100 players online at a time, with approximately 70% of that number being premium. So you are stating that almost 700 staff members work for a small software company?

As for not responding to any complaints via in-game support, email or forums ? I've never had an issue with a response - sometimes it takes a while due to their small size and limited staff, but I always get an issue resolved.

If you were banned, it was definately not just for adding premium, you would have had to have broken a rule or rules either repeatedly or (for instant ban) you would have been hacking or macro-abusing.

I am NOT a staff member of this company, I am just a player who thought people needed to know the truth and not the rant of someone who feels hurt because they were banned.
