Wuyi Tea Co./ Chinese Diet Tea Co. illegally debited my checking account for $179.85 It was a free trial offer S.H only $4.95! Tinley Park Illinois
On 8/14/08 I ordered a Chinese Diet Tea on-line. It was for a free trail offer only with just $4.95 shipping costs only. I received the tea on 8/25/08.
After a couple of days I decided to return the tea to this Co. unopened.
I sent the package back through a local UPS store with w/signature.
It was signed by an individual named Durrant, on 9/25/08. Along with the package I sent a letter indicating I had changed my mind and wanted the
Co. to credit my debit account for the shipping charges. At the time I did'nt know they had debited my account for $179.85.! I was furious!
I called the Co. immediately and asked them to credit this money back to my account. They told me it would take 10 to 14 business days to recieve a credit on my checking account. I waited over 2 weeks, then checked my account.
There was no credit made to my account. I have called this Co. numerous times regarding this matter and all I got was excuses! Iam very upset about this Rip Off. I would never have spent this amount of money on this or any other product! Iam on SSI. Disability and this has costs me financial crisises!
As well as emotional distress! I hope eith this report that you can help me and others as well. " CPI pay".com debited my account.
