they have an office in Texas and Alabama I bought a transmission for a 2006 ford freestyle and it was defective I called them and as for another one they said they didn't have one right then so I waited for two weeks and called them back and they said they could give me my money back. From this point they started just started making excuses-- such as we are having trouble with the bank and give us the number of your bank and we will send you the money. I have been calling them regularly for over 10 months and I leaving a recorded message. I have been sending them e-mails every week also. they will not respond to my request for my money back.
