I made a order to areasmoke.com on the 3 april 2005 for 4 cartons of marlboro lights.I paid by credit card.The company promises 8-10 days for delivery. It is now the 9 may 2005 and I have received nothing. I have written+-10 e-mails asking what action is going to be taken and for a refund.They responded to a few e-mails with vague statements asking me to be patient. Every letter I have sent asking for a refund has gone unanswered.Currently they are telling me to wait in case the parcel has been returned but no-one has contacted me. I have ordered from them before and i received my cigarettes in 8 days,I cannot help feeling though that they lure customers in this way,and as soon as a bigger order is made,stiff them.If anyone knows what I can do or has a similar experience with this company please let me know.
