This company sent me defective, immitation merchandise then refused to accept them back, even for an exchange. They were abusive, emailed me to slander me, and made false allegations about me. The product they sent me was supposed to be Bali vinyl mini blinds. What I got was some sort of sample product that had exactly 6 vinyl slats and at maximum length, they were just 2 inches long. They were improperly shipped and sent in the wrong boxes.

This customer placed an order for a blind with a height of 6". We made the blind and shipped it to her. After she received the blinds, she called and said that the blind had to be 60" and not 6". We tried to explain to her that she specified 6" in the order form. But she claimed that she has a receipt that indicated 60". When we asked her to send us the receipt, she altered an Amazon received to show the wrong size. We offered a discount for her next purchase. She refuse and used improper language, with profanity, and insulted our customer representative.
