I bought 2 packages of seeds on Jun 9, 2011 for $34 including shipping. I did never receive any seeds. Here is how costumer service handled the case:

I just need to confer with my seed supplier to see if first they have any records of a shipment being mailed to you. I will know sometime on Monday if we will need to reship you the seeds again.
