They advised the Landlord that they can get him another tenant, for £200 more per month! I received a letter to that effect, from them, and I agreed to a hike of £200.00 Nine, yes, nine months later, the same letter arrived, but with the current date! I refused pint blank. All my problems begun instantly. First of all, they were sending people around NON stop, for one reason or another. That was followed by another letter, that the Landlord was selling, but again I refused to budge. Then everybody joined in. The managing company(another joke) wrote a letter, that I was wrecking the entire block of flats. I opted to ignore lies, and normally idiots go away, but not this lot. Then ELLISONS did the unbelievable! While I was away for two days, they rung the Police and said that I was demolishing the place, and putting the items outside! A police reference was given. I opted to ignore that as well, since I had proof that I was away in solid documentation. Then they begun the final assault: A letter from a solicitor, that claimed the sum of £13250 !! Shocking as it may sound, is ABSOLUTELY true! I have now had no choice but to instruct solicitors, for compensation of this continuous harrassment.
Avoid these people, you may come to shed many a tear. They are the worst of the worst.
