Needed to get some display stands and shirts as well as some other event related material for a local charity event that I was a part of.
I was told it would be there on time and not to worry, paid the extra premium to make sure they were there on time. Extra shipping as well.
A day before the event I contacted Bill and asked about the times, making sure everything was on schedule. He informed me that they would not be there on time...he must have known well in advance that they wouldnt arrive on time but decided not to tell me at all, i had to contact him, put me in a very bad spot to say the least.
I contacted another manufacturer and got a good deal and had a good amount of the product for the event.

This was not the service I got, it was more "cross your fingers and hope for the best"
If you are looking for event products and "need them yesterday"(in their words) check out someone else, they do not live up to their claims and will leave you looking for something way more expensive at the last minute.
