Being a graduate student with multiple assignments, some sharing the same deadlines, whilst also working full time takes it expected toll. The writing process in producing excellent work is one with highs and lows. During the lows, dealing with "writers block" or feeling overwhelmed typically occurs for me. This is a vulnerable time, of which I now know just how susceptible I become. In a lapse of reason, I began searching the internet looking at website that claim to help you write your paper. I was pricing and receiving quotes for my order from different sites. Initially, I paid $120 to a company for 12hrs of writing service. When the 12hrs ended the site told me that they could not complete my order and would give me a full refund. Thinking that these sites had the capability to service my needs, just not this one, I searched others in hopes of obtaining some help. On Sunday morning 748am I purchased an order from PaperProfs.com. The order was for 4pgs of writing within 12hrs. You see, you have to pay more for 'urgent' time delivery, so I paid a total of $170 for urgent 12hrs delivery. The delivery time was put in my order as 748pm. Well when the order time came around, and I was in their 'student section' expecting my order delivered it never came. I then used the online chat with a customer service representative and this really set things into motion with just how this scam works. First, they get you to pay and think that you are paying more to receive your order more quickly. Then, they keep you on hold when your order is not delivered on time (I was told for an hour 'just keep waiting' '30more minutes' 'we're trying to upload it now'). They do this because if they admit they cannot complete your assignment per agreement than a full refund is in order. So basically, they scam you to pay more and then keep you waiting, offer no refund, and then become terrors as customer service representatives. Oh it gets worse. Being 10pm at night with no product delivered, I requested a refund during the online chat. I was told 'sure' and I saved this entire chat conversation, because the customer service representative then exited the chat (basically hung up on me). So, I tried calling over the course of 2 hours. Ironically, whenever I called and pushed a button to talk to either sales or support I was put into an automated voicemail box for 2hrs (possibly more as I stopped to go to bed). During this 2 hrs my paper still was not delivered. It is now 12midnight. There is an option online to 'request a refund'. When I attempted to do this with my order ID it would not work. When I attempted to enter into online chats "a customer service rep was not available". Chalking up this experience and amount of time spent regarding this matter, I was spent and went to bed. I awoke Monday morning with an email sent at 455am stating that my order is ready. So, I went back to the student center and this time was able to get into the online chat with another rep. Who told me 'wait 15min' which became 30min then I was told I had to wait to speak to my sales rep. who would call me. I also was able to request a refund so I did that online. An hour later at 10am this sales rep contacted me. This is where my blood boils. I simply stated my order was not received as agreed within 12hrs. He told me it was!!!! I responded stating this is clearly a lie as I have proof it was not received at 748pm but at 455am. He continued to state "I show your order was received on time" and would not grant me a refund of any sort at all!!! Looking at the policy terms it clearly states that a customer can request and be granted a refund at any time, either before order is received or after order is received. So why can't I just get a refund??? Clearly, I've been ripped off. I understand that my ill attempts to complete my school work have negative consequences. However, I would like to correct some of my mistake and prevent other US graduate students in their vulnerable moments from being scammed like I was. I need help with this company as my attempts at requesting a refund have been fraught with lies.

You are a Grad Student and cannot even use paragraphs??? Jees - You got what you asked for. NO rip off because you intended to rip off your Professor(s) with a false paper.

Karma is a b***h that bites!

Some would call this Karma.

It's very hard to believe that you couldn't find the time to write a FOUR PAGE paper! But then, I can see how you don't seem to know how to use paragraphs.

I have no sympathy for you and if you turned the paper in, I hope they discover your cheating ways and expell you. Plenty of other students manage to complete their educational requirements without cheating.

I have nephew who got expelled from a major college in Michigan last year for plagiarizing. He got no pity from his family and he is looking for a job right now.

Do your own work! No whining, no excuses.

One who is trying to cheat probably shouldn't be writing a report on how they got "Ripped Off". That's sort of like the drug dealer who calls the cops because they got their drugs stolen and want them back. No matter how you try to spin it. No matter what "excuse" or "reason" you come up with. There is only one fact that you need to remember. YOU attempted to CHEAT.

I am glad that you know this will have negative consequences. I just hope you know how negative. If you turned in that paper the chances of you getting caught is very..very huge. Why? Well, let's just say that there are many ways that college instructors can find out if a paper was plagiarized(in full or in part).

If you do get caught you may actually wish that they didn't send the paper to you at all. Because thatwould beenough to get you expelled, and the college administration won't really care about your "reasons". If you don't think this could happen. It could and it does.

I am sorry if you think this is rough, but there are many students who have a lot worse schedule than you. But theydon'tcheat.
