They say that they use hand work to power level your toon.  I believed their websites claims so I purchased their services.  They we working very fast but ended up taking 4 extra days.  I didn't have a problem with that because I knew it takes time.

When I get my account back 4 days late I hop on my character.  I'm an assassin and they've applied rings and earrings that give me +Magical abilities which is absurd for my class.  I go into pandaemonium to do some crafting and I get a handful of PM's from other players.  I was asked if my account was hacked.  I was harrassed and told that I use BOTS.  I was told that they reported me numerous times in the last week.  I was told that they tried to PM me in game numerous times when they thought I was botting and never got a response.

I was fortunate enough to have a friend take video footage of my toon for me PROVING that they have been botting my character.  It will be posted on youtube later today.  It shouldnt' be difficult to find if you search powerlevelaion.

Then this morning I get a e-mail from NCsoft saying that my account had been suspended for excessive(30+) reports from the community that this toon is involved with BOTTING.

With video footage, a letter from NCSOFT and the transaction ID and information its hard for them to prove that they didn't BOT.

When I went to speak to them on their website all the person would say was "WE accomplish your order its not our fault"

Here is the conversation I had with their "Customer Support"

you: Yes, you guys just powerleveled my toon from 31-40. I got a letter from NC Soft saying that my account was reported over 30 times in the last week for botting.

you: Ok in the video the toon dies and runs the exact same rout back to the exact same place. Killing the exact same mobs. using the exact same sequence. Applying the exact same buffs in the exact same order. A human doesn't do that as accuratl

you: Well either way you know and I know that your "power levelers" DO use bots. I have video proof and an NCsoft warning proving it.

Lina: u paid for the money,and we make power leveling,.it is called visiual commercial trading

you: Under false pretenses though, you said you didnt use bots and you DID. You leveled my toon in illegal ways.

Lina: the leter sent by nc soft was confused us,i am not a profession aion player,and i believe that the aion player make power leveling for u all by hand work,although i dont belong to the power leveling department

you: So now you have nothign to do with power leveling dept. ok. well let me talk to someone that is. Or lemme guess there is no one there right now right?

you: Either you admit that you botted my toon and give me at least a partial refund for lieing or im posting the video on Youtube and putting links on all th mmo sites

Lina: now that we accomplish u order,it is equvalent to we accomplish the mission,u are ripped me off

Lina: lol,we are accomplish u order.but  u are request that we should be sent partial  refund to u as the compensation ,it is dont make sense

you: I ripped you off? Dude you lied and used a BOT on my toon man. Either a partial refund or im posting the videos saying its your site. Im not lieing about anything so its you who has to explain

you: Kinda hard to prove that its not your site when I post screenshots of the transaction with the toon name and the video of them botting isn't it.

you: I dont care about my toon cause its gonna get banned n e way. I would much rather see your service get hurt showing the truth of what your really doing

Lina: if everyone repeat the same behavior like u ,we are lose money,after we sent the email which proved that we finish u ordere,the agreement between u and me was ended

you: Im talking about for leveling the toon, you run the bot until you finish your order. Send the e-mail and thats it. You didn't level him by hand AT ALL

Lina: so, the email sent  by nc soft proved that  we use the bot,it is not enough ,because it is the explanation by nc soft, unilateral  evidence

you: No but the video showing my toon dieing running the 100% absolute same path 6 times pretty much does.

Lina: after we sent the email to u,it is means that  all of the commercial behavior between u and me was finish ,we dont   have any responsible for  the safety  of u acciunt

you: ITs fine, i'll just screenshot my transaction ID and upload the video to youtube proving that your all botting

you: I'll be sure to hit up the website review pages all over the web as well.

you: Im sure people would like to know how good your site is.

Lina: so ,i will be sent the  screenshot which proved that we accomplish u order,and dont use the bot make  power leveling for u

you: How can you prove anythign when I have video footage SHOWING you running a bot. Have the transaction to prove its YOUR company leveling my toon.

Lina: according to  what u say,we  make power leveling for u all by unauthorized   method,right?when we accomplish  uorder,we usually have the screenshot  which proved that  we accompliosh u order

you: IT DOESN"T MATTER IF YOU SHOW YOU"VE ACCOMPLISHED IT! Its the fact that you GOT to that point by using a botting software.

Lina: and i dont know what u do after we accomplish  u order,may be u doing some unauthorized behavior ,which trigger the reaction for mnc soft,it is now our responsible
