Absolutely terrible. I made a mistake to rent a temp place through them trusting that they have a process for screening landlords. The place turned out to be full of bed bugs and the landlord was renting out illegally. When I brought it to their attention and wanted to post my review for the land lord they changed my review completely and gave this woman 3 stars and made her a trusted landloard?? Why would you rate anyone 3 stars on your website if they have bed bugs or advertise illegal services? On top of it they were rude on the phone. It's an evil joke. I would like to get everyone who had bad experiences with them to file a complaint to better business bureau or get media attention because this is just beyond anyone's tolerance. Craigslist is a much better choice.
