Www.theplanetdvd.com They took my order, confirmed the order, took money from my account, sent nothing and did not reply to my email Internet
I ordered a dvd box set from www.theplanetdvd.com on 9 May 2008. They confirmed the order via email and took money from my account on 15 May.
The dvds did not arrive, so I emailed them through their site and received no reply.
The dvds have still not arrived and having seen consumer reports on the internet about them being a scam company, I have informed by bank and my account card number has now been changed to prevent further fraud.
One of your Consumer Comments on one of the filed reports, says that this internet company were closed down in Jan 2008 - but they are obviously still taking internet orders and taking peoples' money!
