Ordered a signal jammer from them 2 months ago.



they took 10 plus days to send it. later stating they were on vacation for a week. when questioned.



Carl said he would send a tracking number. never did. had to nag for that.



Theyre website never updates "sent" status, they lead you to believe if you take the time to look at your order status it will state accurate status. it does not. Theyre website never updates to indicate what orders you have fullfilled, although suggesting it will.



So you constantly check the order status for "in transit" and it never happens so you have to nag "carl" to find out if they even sent the d**n thing.



i Received a cheap peace of shi7 from the left armpit of shenzhen china that did not work at all. the remote did not work and neither did the device.



Carl told me to send it to his technician. i shipped it with the tracking number and sent a copy of the tracking number to carl. when it arrived to his tech the day before thanksgiving ups indicated the address was incorrect and left a note at the address for the technician to contact ups with.



Carl ignored this and i once again had to contact carl about why nobody was there to receive the package. he indicated once again, his bs excuse was that his tech was on holiday break, and the address was correct.However he did say he would just go ahead and send out another unit to me since his tech wasnt there.



 so when the tech got back in the following monday, i expected him to call ups and receive the package. he never did and carl never contacted me to tell me there was a problem so i could fix it. so the following thursday UPS sent it back to sender and today tuesday i have the unit back again untouched.



 And after asking carl for the tracking number of the shipment for the device he said he was sending, he said he was not sending me one because his technician never received the device and tried to put the blame on ups. Despite clearly stating that he was sending me the replacement device regardles of his technicians end of business.



As you can see this company is in business to steal peoples money and waste peoples time. I had to constantly nag them to get anything done because they never proactively handle anything whatsoever. the only thing they do quickly and proactively is take your money within seconds of confirming the transaction then your on your own. Most legitimate companies dont take your money until the device is actually shipped.



Trust me...Do not...Do not...order ANYTHING from this company. It will be the biggest headache you have ever dealt with. go somewhere else.

In spite of Mr. Jason Collins' grossly profane threats towards our staff and our company, his product is covered under warranty for 1 year and we will honor the warranty, as previously stated to him on several occasions.

Mr. Collins should be reminded that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. This is clearly stated on our website, yet he entered a P.O. box for initial shipping of his order.  Until he replied to requests to correct the address, his order was placed on hold.

A mix-up by UPS while Mr. Collins was returning the product to us should in no way be construed as our inability or unwillingness to honor the warranty of his product or any of our products.
