After calling the property three times and being brushed off, and having written a letter to the assistant manager, copying her manager and the corporate headquarters, I got a phone call from the manager that my account had been credited for the free breakfast. No apologies. Though a nice breakfast was finally refunded, I feel that we earned it twice, once for staying the night with no hot water, and again for having to call and write three letters for it. I stand by my comments about the Philadelphia property, staff and company.
