Wyndham Vacation Resorts - Fairfield Resorts - Timeshares Concerned Daughter Nashville Tennessee
Looking for advice for my newly widowed mother. Shed been trying to add my brother and I to the deed for her and my fathers timeshare when he became ill. Once his battle was over she once again tried to have Fairfield/Wyndom follow up on her request made the year prior. She was told that she need to come in and file some papers and it would be taken care of. They conned her into buying more points with the money shed received from the life insurance and STILL neglected to update the deed. It is a year later and they are now telling here that there is a problem with the deed so theyve frozen her account until she signs it as is (her name only) then she can write a letter stating she who she wants to have added. It is stressing her out, taking her money, and leaving her feeling shamed and foolish. This has been going on for 3 years now. Who would she need to speak to in order to have this resolved WITHOUT taking more money from her?
