I went to rhode island to see grandmother.  suspension gave out on jersey turnpike.  had to car at wynn ford on 2 occasions for this and they kept the car overnight.  told me mechanic took it home.  replaced motor but not shocks.  arrived in rhode island had to take the car to sacucci dealer in newport,ri.

there were holes is my shocks.  cost for repairs there and rental car.  My grandmother dies and had to have rental car which cost money.  When I returned to virginia I went to Wynn ford. General Manager

had a man I have never seen come into office with us.  He said he would not be cornered into fixing anything and was rude.  I wished for him to experience what I had so he would know the inconvenience

I suffered from there lack of quality work.  Rude and arrogant and accepted no responsibility for the fact that my car had 3 visits to fix one problem.
