Im close to going over the miles coverd by my warranty, and the know it.my transmission is having issues so I have it at a mechanic.I've had the same car here before (Volkswagen) and they are good with high ratings.I brought the car here before and wynns kinda helped then.now my transmission is going out.they told me to take it to a mechanic and let him determine the state of my transmission. Its a sealed transmission.he checked it out and determined my transmission was in need of replacement.he contacted them and they did not respond to him for a day or two and told him to get my approval for a diagnostic.

im supposed to pay to have the tranny pulled out and completely taken apart then a day or two after that they'll send an "investigator" to determine why the transmission went bad.and if that investigator should find a reason not to cover me then im stuck with a bill for diagnosing and pulling out/stripping the tranny.then I still have a bad transmission pulled in pieces on the floor to worry about.I've asked but simply can not reach a manager.aparrently she is always off.the custumer service is rude and unhelpful.all because they know my contract is almost up
