In essence, you are complaining that Wynn's is going by the letter of the contract and won't bend the rules to suit you. That's hardly a fair criticism, in my opinion. While I do not work for Wynn's, I have been selling their contracts for four years and they have always lived up to the terms of the contract. Just because they wouldn't 'bend the rules' for you doesn't make them a bad company or the contract a bad deal. That being said, it isn't one customer in fifty that reads what they are asked to sign when they buy a motor vehicle. Customers have responsibilities, too.
