It started out nice a real great deal on a manufactured home and the owner David Valinti promised the home in 5-6 weeks .He promised he would get permits put in piers and hook up water and electric and 2 sets of steps .2 weeks later i go to get septic permit because he hadnt even looked into it and the land failed. This is first time i asked for a refund David said he could fix it and brought in his own guy .when that didnt work he called in a soil scientist without telling me how much it would cost saying not to worry well the bill was $3600.00 he put out $1500.00 we paid the rest. It took a year to get desing for septic approved and the new system cost is $25500 instead of $9000 to $11000 .again i asked for our deposit to be returned because the project price was going through the roof he he again talked me out of it.
Aug of 2013 over 2 years in i finally get approval for septic and get permit call David V.he says he will gel his guy Carl on permits I gave him a week and called back he told me all paperwork is in and i should know in a few days. Something didnt sound right so i called township no permit app for building or zoning Was applied for called wyiming homes and was told his guy went to wrong township he would have it handled asked a week later oh all paperwork is in called township and again no app for permits this want on 4 or 5 times up till i put in zoning myself and began building but was told by Carl he would finish because he had access to the factory for info. Well its dec.2 still no permit and i called factory and my house still hasnt started being built because he owes money on other homes and they wont build mine till he fixes that .
I am asking in this report for a full refund the last contract he gave me said our home would be the second week in oct its november and my house is still not even being built we gave him $20000 in good faith and all we have to show for it is an empty lot I have asked for our 20 k back this time and he said sure but im taking out for soil scientist a hotel he had to put us in because we put in notice for our apartment and had no home because of his lies my wife almost lost her job and had to take diffrent hours after she put in for a transfer for the second time and he didnt even have home got released to be built this time i asked him for a letter stating when home will be completed that was 10 days ago still no letter he also said he would put us up again because of the delays and no check came to cover that either well before anyone buys from this company look for the newd cast where he had a family picketing his old location wonder why he moved

My girlfriends mother bought a mobile home from Wyoming Homes in 2012. She put money down and was promised to have the home in 6 to 8 weeks. It took 6 to 8 months. Her home is a piece of crap. Her friend gave her a phone number of a man in Harrisburg Pa who came out to her house to inspect it. He gave her a report and got some things done but there is alot to do. she said his name is Mike and he is in Harrisburg. Its the Housing Division at Department of Economic Development in Harrisburg. I do not have his number but you may be able to look him up online.

Ok now David V. Promises a refund of deposit that was on friday he said.he will return most.of.my money well we came to an agreement not one i would consider fare but still an agreement and he would fax or email refund papers on sat morning well here it is thurs.still no papers and now i find my old cell phone with all the text saying he was paying for allmost everytthing at his expense i am giving him till monday noon to get me papers or i will no longer exept terms that he wanted. I have never heard so many excuses in my life phones are down left your paperwork somewhere else now he just dosnt andwer phone or text .oh and if your dealing with this company now and u think oh everything is going smooth call the permit office if he says he has your permits call the factory and check your delivery date chances are your home hasnt even been ordered or if it has the dates he gives will not match we ended up living in a tiny motel room because of his lies and he was doing it to use again till i called factory and found he could not have house released to be built because he owed on other homes I know i will prob never see the 20 k we gave him returned but atleast i can help others not get taken in by this shister. (Would call him some other things but i dont like saying them let alone typing) Oh and if you are in the middle of dealing with him get a writen contract with date of completion and everything he promises from tile to toilet. Well i will update as thing change

After repeated attemps to get David Valenti to return my deposit and speaking to factory and them saying home will not be built David V finally said he would return my deposit that was 5 days ago he told me to call him on friday to work out refund call him at time he gave no answer he text me back cant talk right now im at bank call u in 30 minutes never called i called him he text me again im on phone ill call u back soon as i get off phone no call i call him again 2 hr later he text me again can we handle it tomarrow call me at 11 am (sat) and we can get this handled i call 11am surprise no answer and a text again im at the bank i will call you soon as i leave 4 hrs later still no call so i call him oh im just leaving bank well this is still going on 3 days latertoday he told me to call him at 10 am i did and of course oh im at the bank ill call u back in a couple no call text 2 1/2 hoirs later sorry about holding u up ill call u in an hour its now 5 pm no call again well ill up date again if anything changes not holdin my breath
