In mid 2013, purchased Hammer-X driver with X shaft based upon TV Infomercial. Received the club with free gifts within promised time.
Tried the new Hammer-X driver on the course and driving range. Eight rounds with range time prior to each round. Couldn't come close to the accuracy and distance of my Ping G-25 Driver.
Contacted Hammer X and got return authorization and sent the driver back with Fed X tracking and receipt signature. Also have e-mail agreeing to refund for the driver.
No refund received. Contacted by phone and have sent several emails. One additional e-mail received agreeing to provide refund, then no response and no credit on credit card.
