XCL labs Told me fill pch survey and i would win gift California
I filled out survey through pch and was told I won gift. All I had to pay was shipping and handling. I sent $5.95through credit card. Then 2 wks later they took out $59.95. I called Acl labs(18663738968) they said that I had to pay s&h to return vr glasses. I told them that I should not have to pay because I did not authorize the payment $59.95 and told them I would report them so I hung up. I am senior citizen and don't have money to buy any of their products. I also called my bank and reported then.
