XenonPro ....yeah righ

 

Ok....I bought into the fancy website and what I would call deceptive marketing practices......lesson learned

 

The Problem?  I ordereed some lights and they both went out in only a few months.  Considering the fact you have to remove the grill from the vehicle to install them is a huge waste of time and giant pain to do so.  Not to mention the price

XenonPros website claims Lifetime Warranty, but when you try to return the bad lights and get new ones.....well.....read the chat below....says it all....my annotations/commentary can be seen in brackets like these....()

and like I said earlier both have went out....one about 3weeks after the first one

well it must be dimmer the lights arent out completely (hmmmm….a light company rep just told me my lights aren’t out completely…..like lights never go out….lol....besides....what are you clairvoyant?)

you need 2 bulbs ( really.....only told you 4 freakin times both are burned out......genius )

I bought a kit that had two bulbs in it; therefore, you have two bulbs in one box.  So it should be for both.  LIFETIME warranty until they go out and then. $60 to replace?  doesn't sound right (here we go again…..ignore the customer to frustrate them so they just get mad and go ahead and just pay the roughly $60)

so please tell me why your are shipping bulbs separately and going to charge me $60 for shipping when You have kits with two bulbs and can ship one kit, which is what I bought, and what is warrantied (derrrrr) 

I did not buy two separate bulbs to begin with and then pay shipping twice (obvious attempt to recoup losses....for inferior products)

we can only ship to the initial shipping address on file (Doesn’t say this anywhere on their website)

that is total BS.....I still have the po box

(I ASSumed he was talking about my po box address because he just made the comment he can only ship to original address after I gave him the original address)

…..and can get it, but so far customer service is lacking......NO WHERE does it state that on the lifetime warranty page of your website

Im paying for shipment....why is a problem to ship to my changed home address.  The CC is under that address, and so is my drivers liscense....

the warranty program was abused in the past (Not my problem)

people would send free things to their relatives or friends (again….not my problem)

therefore we can only ship to the initial shipping address (again....not my problem....so if you move…..your hosed)

want me to stand in front of the house and snap a pic with the truck, address, house, and original packaging, ID, CC, and whatever other hoops you need. (WTF?)

So basically, I buy my lights from XenonPro, and they want to assume I am lying.  The CC info has my address

you dont live at the initial shipping address? (I was confused because he told me he could only ship to the original address…..after I gave him that address to ship too…..this made me think it was shipped to my Post Office Box)

It is a Post Office Box (I though he was still talking about the PO BOX and was thinking….Well, I tried to fit in the 6 inch square post office box.... but didn’t fit….and was also thinking about the request for a picutre of a burned out light bulb......bwah ha ha ha)
