SCAM ALERT.. XI XIAOWEN ALLWAY STORE
The ad was for the perfect-life smart vacuum robot v5s... allwaystore showing a video of the vacuum in motion. Slashed the price called it a special limited discounted price to act fast...
What sent instead... a toy... Called a ‘clean robot automatic cleaner’ with some Chinese writing on it and bright orange stickers, it's a 6 inch diameter toy with a dirt slot which might hold 3 cheerios.. That is if it worked to even try to do so...
This is a scam company and everyone should know about it... I asked for a full refund and a return label, they wanted me to return the product back to China, in its original packaging in perfect condition in order for the refund to be considered... --> considered... if they thought the item was 're-sellable' !!
So now they have the item and my money!! ... Postage to -->China... That will cost way more than the item is worth.
I again asked for a prepaid shipping label from the company... No answer... I escalated via PayPal requesting they have the company send me a prepaid label, PayPal sided with me and would refund me the money after I sent it back, how can PayPal truly side with me if in my request I am asking for a prepaid label and I'm not being provided one.?
I sent it back to china, --> I wrote refused on the package... And returned it via the post office, in ALL of its original packaging in perfect condition in its original box. .. Now let’s see if I actually get my money back from PayPal.
