At my age, I should know to stay away from things that sound too good to be true. But the thought of a small dish that would bring in VHF/UHF/FM was too good to resist. So I ordered the dish even though I knew I might be outside the adverised range of 60 miles. I had to try.

Well, it didn't work so I returned it within the advertised terms. From then on, no one at Xium was interested in refunding my money. My calls and e-mail were not answered so I filed for a refund from my credit card company for defective merchandise. Two days after my credit card company issued a refund, Xium finally issued a refund but for less than the advertised amount.

They never have explained their actions. In fact, they still have not contacted me. But they did file a report with Merchant Services apparently accusing me of fraud. It took 35 days to place my order, receive it and return it. It took Xium 54 days to grudingly make a reduced refund and accuse me of fraud.

They have more than one unanswered complaint with the local BBB.
